I have two Raven's I ordered when TMF / RCS first opened up. They were great holsters, but of the thinner Kydex. I had zero issues with either of them except the Glock Ghost, which I used to carry off duty, was a bit too fast and slick for street carry when I started working plainclothes. I emailed RCS and told them of this and asked if they could tighten it up.
A week later I received a brand new Ghost in the thicker Kydex with the perfect retention. No questions asked and no shipping costs or anything silly. Customer service is absolutely top notch, and the RCS Ghost has gone back to being my favorite holster.
These are the perfect holsters for those who want to conceal like IWB but need a OWB.
