Carries a set of handcuffs. The body of the carrier is cut out to allow easy access while minimizing the carrier's profile. Includes a removable secondary retention strap. Comes with 1.5" belt loops and is compatible with all our OWB/IWB Eclipse accessories. Can also be attached to any of our modular carriers or holsters with Eclipse hardware.
