J-hooks mount on the inside face of Phantom Modular Holsters and convert them into an IWB format. They allow easy on/off of the holster and are very low profile on the belt. Not recomended for heavy pistols as the pants are what supports the weight of the gun, not the belt. For heavier pistols we recoment the Over Hooks. For 1.5" belts.
