Return Policy for Downloaded Files - There are no returns on downloaded files. All designs are tested thoroughly before being posted to the site. However, if you should experience a problem of any kind during downloading or sewing of one of our designs, just contact us and we will help you figure out where the problem may be occurring.

Resale Policy for Downloaded Files - You may use our designs on garments or items that you are going to sell. If you are expecting to sell a substantial number of these items on a website, please contact us first for permission. Occasionally, we may provide a reciprocal link to your site, featuring the items you are selling. At no time may you sell the actual embroidery file, or any of the accompanying materials such as graphics or instructions. The files also may not be shared or considered free gifts from you, or posted on other web sites. Duplication of design files for resale or transfer to another party is a violation of copyright laws.

Return Policy for Store Items - Please email for a Return Authorization number before returning an item. If you contact us within two weeks to return an item, and the item is returned in original condition, unopened, you will receive a 100% refund, less shipping charges. The refund will be applied as soon as the item is received by us. Unopened items returned after the two week period are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Open items are not returnable, unless found to have a manufacturer's defect. If you ever receive a product that is not of the quality you expect, it will be handled promptly and courteously.
